Apam balik is well known as a Malaysian signature dessert, that can be found in any roadside stall. So what makes our Apam Balik special and different from others? It's because instead of the classic flavor that we serve, we have variety of flavors and fillings that can be customized according to the customer's demand. Actually, our Apam Balik's filling is influenced by the combination of Malay and western flavor. There are five types of filling that serve which are chocolate, strawberry, banana, and also cheese. Additionally, we serve two types of crust which are crispy and thick.  Here is the list flavor's of Apam Balik: 1.
